From: Noodle on 2 Aug 2010 00:23 "Compassionate fares" are very cheap fares for dead people. Only QANTAS offer "Compassionate Fares" within Australia. No other airlines does. You need a letter from Hospital, Doctor or Funeral Director faxed to them. QANTAS SUPERVISORS use discretion to grant them (they are looked at individually on merits). Travel class is L (for immediate travel) or H class.
